These pictures aren't the best. Here's my excuse. Right as I was taking these, Ace wandered off and then ran away. Down and then across the railroad tracks. I did want to show you this skirt though. I liked the pattern and the color but it was too long and the elastic was really stretched out. I cut off the old elastic and then sewed a new trench (pocket? sleeve?) and put in new elastic. Aren't you proud of me? :)

ReplyDeleteThat skirt turned out cute. I hope Ace didn't go too far!
ReplyDeleteOh wow, you added pockets? Awesome! It's now the perfect length, and such a cute pattern!
ReplyDeleteIt looks great! I wish I could sew, I'm not good with that. Hope it wasn't too hard to catch Ace!
ReplyDeleteIt wasn't too hard, I actually think it was easier than hemming :)
ReplyDeleteHa! No way. I sewed a new sleeve thing for the elastic to go in to. I liked the pattern too! Plus it was 2 bucks, how could I pass that up?
ReplyDeleteThanks! He went about a 1/2 mile or so. But I caught that little trickster.
ReplyDeleteI will help you! Come on over for a craft day :)
