European Vacation

No, this isn't about National Lampoon's (I hope). I just wanted to share my excitement with all of you! My friend and I have decided to go to Europe next year to celebrate our 30th birthdays since they are only 15 days apart. I'm already excited and I have more than a year to wait! When I lived in Scotland, I traveled to Italy, Spain and France. So, those places are lower on my priority list but I bet they are high on my friend's list. On the top of my list are Amsterdam, Prague and Brussels/Antwerp. I'm looking for suggestions on places to go that you loved. Or, if you are an international reader, what are some places in your area that are great? We are looking for big city fun and also small town charm and character. I'm thinking we'll be there for about 3 weeks.

Toss out those suggestions people! I need help narrowing it down :)

  2. That is such a fun way to celebrate 30!  Mine was not quite as epic, lol.  I'm definitely jealous!

  3. I recommend Ireland, specifically Dublin. It's a great city with lots of gorgeous seaside towns in the surrounding areas. I guess I'm biased though!

  5. I'll be in toulouse and Paris in less than a month. If you want to go to France but want to be off the beaten path, let me know. I could suggest a few places (France is my home country!).

  7. Prague! I know it's on your list, but I thought it was so cool there. Go! You've probably been there already, but I loved Madrid, Mont Saint Michel, Venice, and Florence! Can't wait to hear about your trip! I'll be checking back now that I've found your blog! Check mine out if you have a moment! Thanks!
