Now onto the questions!
1. What color dominates your closet? Well, my favorite color is green but when I looked in my closet I noticed there wasn't a ton of green in there. Huh. I think the majority of stuff is in the blue family from navy to teal to aqua.
2. If money weren't an issue how would you change the color emphasis in your closet? I love color so I would try to get a bunch of saturated colors in a wide range. I am recently being drawn to more pastels and muted colors too. I think with my skin tone, I've always been afraid of muted colors and pastels. But, I want to find some really pretty dresses and tops this spring to fill that void.
3. What is your mantra about mixing colors? I say (almost) anything goes. My only rules are no navy and black together unless you want to look like a bruise. I used to think brown and black was a no no but I just started wearing them together and I really like it. I think as long as I stay in the tan family and not chocolate browns it works nicely. I'm not really a fan of "holiday" colors together. Like green and red or pink and red. Makes me feel too theme-y.
4. For you, how do you incorporate color into your outfits? I love color so for me it isn't really an issue. I usually pick one color that I'm in the mood to wear and then go from there. Like if I want to wear green, I will pick complimenting colors that go well with it. I am not super skilled at unique color matching which I want to get better at.
5. Which blogger(s) do you think do a good job of incorporating color into their wardrobe? Well, most bloggers are better than me but 2 that stick out in my mind as of right now are Kendi and Kristine. Or Polly. Kendi always mixes colors I would never think of and might be scared to try. Kristine always looks so cheery and fun and does an awesome job of mixing colors and patterns in a way that is unique.
